What we offer

Corporate Confidence Person

We are mandated by the employer to provide employees with a neutral, independent support system. People affected by unhappiness at work, stress, conflict or harassment can call on the Trusted Person on a confidential basis.

Occupational medicine

We work with a network of occupational physicians in French-speaking Switzerland. We can put our customers in touch with them for needs such as: vaccination follow-up, preparation for return to work, periodic interviews, health check-ups (in the case of hazardous environments), or support for pregnant women.

Ergonomics

We work with external partners to meet ergonomic requirements. Standard services include workstation analysis, training in ergonomic gestures and postures, and adaptation of workstations in the context of return-to-work programs, with the specification of accommodation. Our partners are also able to handle specific requests linked to particular working environments or problems.

Advice and legal framework

We answer our clients' legal questions on social insurance and the legal framework for managing Psycho-Social Risks. We are not in the business of providing legal advice on employment law.

Work climate analysis

We propose an analysis of the work climate based on a health and job satisfaction survey. To do this, we use the Job Stress Analysis from the Health Promotion Switzerland Foundation. We are certified to implement it.

Managing the work climate

We use the Health Promotion Switzerland Foundation's Leadership Tool Kit methodology to implement actions and best practices aimed at optimizing the work climate.
These interventions take the form of workshops with complete teams or to transfer the methodology to managers.

Preparing for retirement

For those approaching the end of their professional career, we offer a preparation workshop. It focuses on the following main themes: the potential impact of this change on health, how to anticipate your new life in practical terms, and the administrative transition.

We support your employees in managing and understanding their salaries and in administrative procedures by highlighting the benefits offered by your company. We offer, among other things:

  • Personalized multilingual advice by phone or email.
  • Management of employees’ questions.
  • Feedback to HR on the questions raised by employees.

PCE, survey, occupational physician and ergonomist services are billed on a time-spent basis, based on the hourly rates for the various specialties.
