Enhanced corporate health management services

Since January 2023, Umanize, our partner in Corporate Health Management (CHM), has been an integral part of our organization.
This merger responds in particular to the growing complexity of our customers’ needs and enables the positive evolution of our EHM Services.
This has no impact on the Services offered to former Umanize customers, but strengthens Loyco’s EHM services.

At the beginning of last year, we officially welcomed the entire Umanize team into our organization to strengthen our Corporate Health Management services, which will henceforth be delivered under the name “Loyco EHM Team”. This name replaces that of Umanize following its merger with Loyco. The integration of the Umanize team confirms our strategic focus on Corporate Health Management, an increasingly topical issue.

A development based on facts and figures

Indeed, the figures (2022) from Health Promotion Switzerland are indisputable: employees have never suffered so much at work. Some 28.2% of employed people have a Job Stress Index in the “critical zone”, indicating that they are experiencing significantly more stress than resources. Although this percentage has fallen slightly from 29.6% in 2020, the change is not significant. On the other hand, for the first time since 2014, more than 30% of working people feel emotionally exhausted, reaching a rate of 30.3%.

These figures testify to the growing need for organizations to integrate a vision and concrete actions for Corporate Health Management (CHM).

More integrated and comprehensive Services

The merger also aims to strengthen coordination between Loyco’s teams involved in GSE activities, including the Helpdesk, with absence management, and the former Umanize team. Thanks to more direct exchanges and consolidated collaboration, our customers benefit from the increased responsiveness of our teams. Another aim of this development is to introduce new Services to meet our customers’ more complex needs. These include, for example, developing the long-term absence support service, proactively supporting HR teams in analyzing absence statistics and drawing up an action plan, and providing managers with real-time absence statistics for their sector.

Human values that endure

“It’s important for us to point out that this merger leaves the philosophy that customers have experienced with Umanize unchanged, namely an approach based on finding solutions that take into account the interests of both employees and the organization,” notes Eric Druliolle, co-founder of Umanize and now Head of Corporate Health at Loyco.

And here’s an interesting detail: the members of the former Umanize team, Cynthia Kapfer, Michel Paillard, Jonathan Facchinetti, and Eric Druliolle, are also still at your service, and are now members of Loyco’s GSE team.
