Our advice
The success of your carbon assessment depends on effective organization. That’s why it’s crucial to appoint a key person in-house to steer the project and ensure proper coordination. Certain teams, such as Human Resources and Finance, will play a key role in collecting essential data: employee commuting, energy bills, purchases, etc.
Duration
Allow 3 to 6 months, depending on data availability and internal resources. Launching the project in summer is ideal, as the previous year’s financial data is available, and the months of July and August allow you to concentrate on internal projects.
