Constitution ouverte

Loyco is a BCorp-certified company, a movement that redefines the notion of
success in the business world.

Certified Company B Corp stamp

B Corp is a global movement of companies that use business as a force for positive change.

Loyco is one of the first members of this community in Switzerland and has been B Corp certified since 2015. We are actively involved in inspiring other companies to join the movement, and aim to set an example for the Swiss business community.

Like all B Corps, Loyco is a signatory to the Independence Charter and expects all loycomates to be actively involved in making the world a better place.

Declaration of interdependence B Corp

We want to create a new sector of the economy, harnessing the power of private enterprise to serve society. This sector is made up of a new breed of companies – B Corporations – driven by a mission that goes beyond profit. Their aim is to create value for all stakeholders, not just shareholders.

We, the players in this new sector, the entrepreneurs and investors of these B Corporations, proclaim loud and clear our convictions and our commitment:

  • We must be the change we want to see in the world;
  • All companies must conduct their activities and assess their performance in terms of their impact on people and the planet;
  • Through their products, practices and profits, companies must aspire not only to do no harm, but to generate benefits for society as a whole.

To do this, we need to act in recognition of the fact that we all depend on each other, and that this gives us a responsibility to each other, as well as to future generations.

Sustainable development at Loyco

Our Loycomates are the lifeblood and soul of our organization.
